i'm also kinda just bad at explaining the thought process behind what i do because i just go brrrr when i draw

TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

i have the right to refuse a commission request.

PAYMENT:

you MUST receive a dm me first regarding the approval of your commission before sending payment. if you send the payment prior to approval, it will not be refunded.

i will only start working on the commission after i receive and confirm receipt of payment.

payment is only accepted through paypal, venmo, or my ko-fi website in USD.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:

commissions are for personal use only.

do not repost the commission work on any social media sites.

if you are using it as a profile picture, credit me (@peachiesigh).

commissioners do not have the right to print and sell the work for profit.

do not remove any watermarks or claim the artwork as yours.

i retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.

REFUND POLICY:

cancellations must be made in writing. you will not receive a refund.

if i am unable to finish your commission (no matter what the reason is), i will provide you a refund.

DEADLINES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

commissions will take up to 1-2 weeks to complete.

if it seems i am taking a long time to work on the next steps of your drawing, contact me to check in.

you may also see me working on other art, but that does not mean i am ignoring your commission request. drawing other pieces is one way for me to spend my time in between commissions or to get my creative process going.

if you request changes during the last stages of the drawing, you will be charged 20% extra. this will depend on the changes requested.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

you MUST fill out the commission request form first and receive approval of your commission before sending payment. if you send the payment prior to approval, it will not be refunded.

if i accept your commission, we will discuss further details and/or address any questions you may have though dms

you will receive progress pictures throughout the process at each major phase:

rough sketch -> lineart -> flat colors -> final piece
